Acrylics
We cut rods to size for you while you wait. If needed, we will polish the ends of the rods. Prospect Plastics offers custom orders with a minimum purchase. For shipped orders, there is a $50 minimum.
Extruded and Cast Clear Acrylic Rods
Round Extruded Rods, we stock sizes: 1/16", 1/8", 3/16", 1/4", 5/16", 3/8", 1/2", 5/8", 3/4", 1". Extruded rod comes in 72" lengths. (Sold in full lengths only)
Round Cast Rods, we stock sizes: 3/8", 1/2", 7/8", 1", 1 1/8" 1 1/2", 2". Cast rod comes in 96" lengths. (Sold in full lengths or by the foot)
Square Extruded Rods, we stock sizes: 1/8", 3/16", 1/4", 3/8", 1/2", 3/4", 1". Square rod comes in 72" lengths. (Sold in full lengths only)

Starboard
This is the best for no-maintenance teak and wood replacement. We have the following colors available: white, black, sea foam, sandstone, and gray.

Other Plastics
Delrin Rod is perfect for machining parts. It comes in black or white and is sold by the foot or full lengths. Larger sizes are available by special order. Machining not available;, contact your local machine shop.
